The principle

Different products follow different rules — stated plainly below. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the customer's jurisdiction.

Regular in-stock items

Changed your mind? Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer; we refund the item price after inspection.

Personalized / made-to-order items

Pieces made or consecrated to your order cannot be returned for change of mind. They are always covered for defects, damage and wrong-item errors below.

Digital reports

Before your report is generated: cancel anytime for a full refund. Once the report has been generated and delivered, the purchase is final — if the report clearly fails to match the chart details you submitted, contact us and we will correct it or refund.

Digital services (membership)

If a paid membership period has not started, you may cancel for a full refund. Once started, refunds for the unused portion follow the checkout terms and any mandatory local rules.

Live reading deposits

A booking deposit (30% of the full price) secures your time slot with a reader. You may cancel and receive a full refund of the deposit any time before your session begins; once the reading has started, the deposit is non-refundable. If the reader cancels or cannot deliver the session, the deposit is refunded in full. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.

Our fault — always covered

• Damaged in transit — send photos within 7 days of delivery; we replace or refund in full.
• Lost parcel — confirmed lost with the carrier; we reship or refund in full.
• Wrong item sent — we cover return postage and send the correct item, or refund.

Sealed / hygiene items

Where an item is sealed for hygiene reasons, it can't be returned once unsealed, unless defective.

How to request

Use the Contact page with your order number and photos where relevant. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.

按你的订单制作或开光的商品,不支持因改变主意退货;但下文的破损、丢件、发错情形始终全额保障。

数字报告

报告生成前:可随时取消,全额退款。报告生成并交付后即为最终交付——若报告明显与你提交的命盘信息不符,请联系我们,我们会更正或退款。

数字服务(会员)

付费会员期尚未开始的,可取消并全额退款;已开始的,未使用部分按结算页条款及当地强制性规定处理。

真人解读订金

预约订金(全款的 30%)用于锁定与命理师的时段。在解读正式开始之前,你可随时取消并获得订金全额退还;解读一旦开始,订金不予退还。若因命理师原因取消或无法进行,订金全额退还。此规则不限制你所在地的强制性消费者权利。

我们的责任——始终保障

• 运输破损——签收后 7 天内提供照片,全额补发或退款。
• 丢件——经承运商确认丢失,全额补发或退款。
• 发错商品——退回运费我们出,补发正确商品或退款。

密封/卫生类商品

因卫生原因密封的商品,一经拆封不支持退货,存在缺陷的除外。

如何申请

请通过联系页提供订单号及相关照片。获批的退款原路退回,通常在批准后 5–10 个工作日内到账。
